My beads are wound from Italian glass.
All my beads are annealed overnight in a digitally controlled kiln, for maximum strength and durability. The beads’ holes are cleaned thoroughly to get rid of excess bead release.
My handmade glass lampwork beads are happily made by me, Davinia Smet, in my shop in the heart of Venice, Italy.
I am a SRA#S192.

I ship worldwide from Monday-Friday. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment.
*Sometimes packages are stopped going into Customs. I will NOT be responsible for customs fees or taxes.
Every country has its own rules and laws and are free to make citizens pay fees for importing there package.*

This is the 'Poste Italiane' charge for the international mail registered service - this is a cost in addition to my regular shipping cost. My standard International Mail price does not have this added security. Please contact me for this option.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not add the additional insured and trackable postage offered to your purchase, I am not responsible for any lost or delayed items. Once the beads leave me they are in the hands of the postal services and if they get lost or do not arrive I'm afraid I cannot reimburse you unless you have opted for the insured postage.
